The Director of Overhead is responsible for the strategic implementation all field operations and emergency response activities, for the associated business plans to achieve organizational goals. They manage the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of electric field work within a designated region. Additionally, in this role, the Director ensures proper focus on process and personal safety, while maintaining a safe and reliable network, and works collaboratively with other functional leaders to optimize operating efficiencies and ensures that an execution plan is aligned with financial, regulatory and legislative requirements.
