PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROJECT COORDINATOR INTERN (COLORADO, USA)

Job description:

Are you a college student eager to gain hands-on experience in Project Management and Customer Experience? We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Coordinator Intern to join our team in a hybrid work environment (in-person and remote). This internship offers a valuable opportunity to work on impactful projects while learning from experienced professionals.

This position provides learning opportunities to gain real industry experience in action, such as,



  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely execution and delivery of project milestones.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration to drive project success.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Contribute to project planning and scheduling activities, helping to optimize timelines and resource allocation.
  • Problem Solving: Dive into challenges headfirst, utilizing critical thinking and creativity to overcome obstacles and ensure project success.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare insightful reports for Customers.


Required Skills & Experience

Ideal candidates will have:



  • At least one semester remaining after this Summer towards an undergraduate degree program.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. Initiative-taking by nature, able to see the big picture and can establish the steps to get there.
  • Effective planning & communication skills, excellent people skills, ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Initiative-taking with the ability to work independently.
  • Adaptable and open to a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Major in Business or IT
  • Most importantly energy and enthusiasm


Helpful qualifications for this role include:



  • Basic Understanding of Project Management and Customer Service Principles
  • Basic understanding of IT Software and/or Networking principles.

Minimum Salary: $58,431.86

Maximum Salary:$83,996.32

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $58,431.86 and $83,996.32/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
