Description
GAI Consultants, Inc.. is seeking to hire an experienced Project Construction Technician 1 to be part of our Systems Planning Corporation (SPC), a subsidiary company of GAI Consultants, Inc. The Project Construction Technician is responsible for performing construction inspection on a variety of Power Generation projects. The right candidate will be able to work remotely, or out of GAI's Pittsburgh Office. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting specifications and construction drawings, evaluating site conditions based on soil and rock samples, monitoring and reporting on construction activities, and performing field testing of soils and concrete. The successful candidate will be expected to provide documentation of construction progress through daily reports, status reports, and other forms of data reporting. Job Duties:

10 years: Construction experience with earthwork, foundation inspection, test boring inspection and concrete testing (required)
