AMSOIL is seeking a Marketing Specialist II to join and support our Industrial team! This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated marketing professional with proven experience in industrial markets, such as metalworking/metal stamping, foundries and steel, pulp and paper, and plastics manufacturing. The ideal candidate understands the unique needs of these industries and can translate that knowledge into targeted marketing strategies and campaigns that drive results. In this role, you will work within the Integrated Marketing team while partnering closely with Product Marketing, Communications, and Industrial Sales to develop and execute marketing plans that support the growth of AMSOIL Industrial. This is a hybrid position based out of our Superior, Wisconsin headquarters. Core Responsibilities: Support or lead execution of key Industrial marketing campaigns, including Account Based Marketing, to acquire and nurture marketing qualified leads Plan and coordinate AMSOIL Industrial presence at tradeshows/events; assist in managing event budget Develop content calendars for AMSOIL Industrial Partner with others on Integrated Marketing, Communications, and Sales to develop video strategy plans Create, curate, and manage engaging content across AMSOIL Industrial blog and various social media platforms Develop relationships with industry partners to grow brand presence Assess the effectiveness of go-to-market activities to determine ROI on marketing investments Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience 5+ years of relevant experience Demonstrated understanding of basic marketing and business concepts through education, work experience or other training Knowledge of marketing trends, best practices and resources Excellent organization skills with a keen attention to detail Works well in a team environment with the ability to motivate others Self-motivated person with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple competing projects and shifting priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM Available and eligible to travel up to 10% of time by plane and/or car Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing Experience with Account Based Marketing concepts Experience working in B2B marketing landscape Experience in industrial markets - metalworking/metal stamping, foundry and steel mill and plastics Passion for and/or knowledge of lead generation processes and activities Experience planning and executing tradeshows Benefits: Paid time off and paid holidays each year Employee bonus program 401(k) with company match Paid life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance Competitive health benefits Health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) options Affordable group dental, vision, critical illness, and accident insurance Employee discount on product Corporate gym membership If you have any questions or need assistance with the application process, please email: humanresources@amsoil.com Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled AMSOIL is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
