SUMMARY:

The Sr Director, Omni-Channel Activation, will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving innovation and strategic execution across omni-channel marketing activities. This individual will collaborate with external vendors to bring activation capabilities to life and develop the technology stack necessary to deliver seamless experiences. This position is key to ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned and that customer engagement is optimized through strategic, data-driven initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Lead the Omni-Channel Activation team, including vendor partners, technology specialists, media planners, and analysts. Mentor and guide team members to ensure alignment and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Identify, engage, and manage external vendors to integrate advanced activation capabilities. Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of technologies that enhance omni-channel execution.
  • Oversee website personalization efforts to provide tailored customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across digital, social, and offline channels. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create impactful media plans that align with broader business objectives and customer insights.
  • Oversee the execution of media campaigns, including placing and managing bid strategies across paid channels. Optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and improve overall media performance, while ensuring the efficient use of media budgets.
  • Lead the development and implementation of content tagging strategies to ensure accurate data capture for insights and optimization.
  • Engage with senior marketing, sales, and technology leaders to understand strategic priorities and ensure the activation team delivers on cross-functional business objectives. Work with stakeholders to align omni-channel strategies with customer engagement goals.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all activation efforts, tracking success and refining strategies based on performance data. Communicate results and insights to senior leadership.
  • Provide thought leadership in translating business priorities into actionable omni-channel activation strategies. Lead the team to solve complex problems through innovative and data-driven approaches.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and SKILLS:



  • Accredited Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, omni-channel activation, or digital marketing, with a focus on leading teams and driving activation strategies.
  • Proven experience in managing external vendors and building technology stacks to support omni-channel marketing efforts.
  • Expertise in media strategy and execution, including bid strategies, paid media, and media planning.
  • Strong understanding of content tagging, personalization techniques, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


PREFERREDEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and SKILLS:



  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) in quantitative fields, computer science, Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Multi-disciplinary experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, and customer engagement.
  • Experience working with analytics platforms, CRM systems, and other customer engagement technologies.


TRAVEL:

Willingness & ability to travel up to 20-30% domestically. International travel may be required.

The range displayed is a national range, and if selected for this role, may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's geographical location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $250,000 - $280,000 and eligibility for a 30% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company's long-term incentive plan.
