You will be based in our Fletcher, NC location. The shift will start at 8:00 am and end at 4:30 pm depending on the production schedule. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs.

Your main tasks:

• Audit daily production waves and route with appropriate carriers. Maintain required reports on a daily basis.
• Audit and organize export orders for the entire shipping department.
• Report all part numbers to Customs Coordinator that require additional information.
• Request freight quotes from carriers.
• Provide additional documentation and processing for high valued customers.
• Communicate with carriers for daily parcel, LTL, FTL, LCL, and FCL shipments as they are being loaded.. Coordinate with customer specific carriers for high valued customers.
• Arrange carrier pick up through carrier and customer specific web portals. Create customs documentation and manage coordination with international customers.
• Create, manage, and deliver BOLS to carriers and customers. Resolve customer complaints and assigned action items.
• Create work instructions, job detail sheets, and Standard operating procedures to document processes and standard work.
• Be a process expert to provide additional support and guidance to production teammates
• Invoice all Domestic and International Shipments. Perform all work, tasks, projects, or duties as assigned to you by your Lead, Supervisor, or Manager in a timely manner and with an acceptable level of quality
• The Export Coordinator is required to work effectively with a high standard of quality and attention to detail in a fast paced and demanding environment. The teammate will also perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. College will be considered
• Must be able to demonstrate an efficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as using multiple WMS platforms
• Must be a team player, flexible, and motivated. Must have the initiative and discipline to work with limited supervision
