As the National Security Growth Associate at Ridgeline International, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our impact within National Security community. This position focuses on aligning our technology solutions with the evolving needs of various National Security customers and missions. Successful candidates will bring a deep understanding of the domain and the ability to position our technologies. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across our growth, marketing, advisory services, and product organizations, reporting directly to our Growth team. What to expect within the first six months on the job:
- Quickly become well-versed in Ridgeline's solutions to effectively identify and engage potential new clients.
- Identify how Ridgeline solutions meet the community's needs for secure, cloud-enabled communications and CAI/PAI-enabled analytic solutions .
- Leverage your extensive network across one or more client agencies to test market hypotheses, gain feedback, and drive Ridgeline's strategic focus areas and growth.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute a focused strategic growth plan.
- Identify and match our technology solutions with the specific needs of various agencies, components, and mission centers ensuring we support their missions effectively.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to ensure trust and drive value.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, technical teams, and marketing to prioritize capture initiatives and market entry strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify appropriate customers with needs aligned to our solutions and shape acquisition tactics and product development.
- Lead presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients, positioning Ridgeline's offerings as the optimal solutions for their challenges.
- Drive the production of white papers, proposals, RFI responses, and other business development materials to support business capture efforts.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to refine our positioning and capture greater market share.
Qualifications
Must haves:
- Active TS clearance.
- Extensive knowledge and relationships within the market.
- 1+ years of proven experience in e solutioning or growth
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of presenting to senior-level decision-makers and government officials.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and prospects in the field and attend industry conferences and expos.
Nice to haves:
- Prior experience working with mission centers while homebased out of an S&T or enabler organization.
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes, including contracting vehicles (e.g., GSA, SEWP, OTAs), budgeting cycles, and certifications (e.g., FedRAMP).
- 3+ years of proven experience in federal solutions or growth
- Experience in a high-growth technology company or with technical program management in areas like software development or systems engineering.
- Experience managing a robust pipeline of opportunities valued at $25M+.
