About the Role: We are looking for a SAP QM Implementation Lead to join our team. In this role, the SAP QM Implementation Lead will have demonstrated expertise in end-to-end PP/QM business processes, including Plan, Make, and Deliver, and deep knowledge of quality control transactions executed in key systems. The candidate will have a proven track record of functionally leading teams through complex project lifecycles, translating strategy into actionable goals, and managing portfolios of related work. They excel at collaborating across functions to drive common outcomes. The candidate will bring extensive experience in SAP PP/QM modules, including integration with SAP IM/EWM, third-party MES, along with a deep understanding of SAP best practices. They will be adept at translating business requirements into effective, scalable SAP solutions that deliver measurable value. This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid or fully remote work allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
