Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Establish the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk Coordinate and facilitate the program routines (for example, kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on) Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule Ensure that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders Ensure the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards Track the success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership Manage the financials and assist with resource planning for the program Provide input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio Facilitates collaboration within and across teams Go-to person for consultation from others Influences decisions Uses a combination of factual and emotional points to exert influence Receives agreement to ideas by identifying and working collaboratively with specific stakeholders and senior managers Achieves sustainable results Requirements: Analytical thinking Demonstrates ability to identify root causes to solve complex problems in highly unstable situations Promotes collaboration Knowledge and experience with working in an agile SDLC methodology environment Self-driven, innovative and pushes for high-quality measurable outcomes Agile tools (Jira) Visio Desired Skills: Knowledge of software development, may have been involved in hands on application development Able to manage risk/dependencies/impediments DevOps and Release Automation Basic knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices Ability to participate in their role and utilize necessary tools with minimal guidance Application and Data Architecture Basic awareness of architecture and design Ability to comply with client standards for information security and business architectures Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
