Description and Requirements

Location: Morrisville, NC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Lenovo's Cloud Service Provider (CSP) team is looking for a Technical Program Manager with a server hardware engineering background to lead system integration programs for our North American hyperscale customers. What You'll Do

As a TPM, you'll own the full lifecycle of server rack solution programs-from concept to launch and beyond. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and factory teams across the globe to deliver high-performance, customer-centric solutions.

Program Leadership

  • Drive end-to-end program execution, including NPI and sustaining phases.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for North American hyperscale customers.
  • Translate customer goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment throughout the program.
  • Build trusted relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with global teams in the US, Taiwan, and beyond to align priorities and resolve challenges.
  • Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure seamless execution.

Technical Expertise

  • Understand server architecture and components: compute, storage, GPU, networking, and cooling.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to meet customer-specific design needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and customer standards.

Reporting & Process Optimization

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program processes and execution.
  • Manage budgets, including NRE and material costs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 8+ years of technical program management experience in server or hardware development.
  • Experience managing complex programs for enterprise or hyperscale customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hyperscale customers and server ecosystems
  • Familiarity with North American data center standards and regulatory compliance.
  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work across time zones.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
