Job Title: ERP Business Analyst (Learning Management)

Duration: 10 Months

Location: 1802 West Jackson #100 Phoenix 85007 AZ

Note: Fully Remote Position // Would need to apply for Fingerprint Clearance Card

Must Have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of four (4) to six (6) years of experience in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Particular emphasis on Human Resources, Learning Management and /or Cornerstone Systems


Job Description:

  • The ERP Business Analyst position entails the analysis of business requests, the conversion of these requests into design documentation, the resolution of system issues, and the provision of business support and guidance within the ERP organization.
  • This role necessitates a strategic approach with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with the capacity to function effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A preferred candidate will demonstrate a documented history of successful implementation and support of intricate ERP projects, and possess a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional cloud-based programs.
  • This role demands a thorough understanding of the Cornerstone system and demonstrable expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system conversions.
  • Facilitating workshops to analyze business requirements and determine functional solutions.
  • Strategically planning and allocating resources for the creation of comprehensive functional design documents and other essential project deliverables.
  • Conducting detailed analyses and gap assessments of current operational processes against future designed processes.
  • Developing detailed business concepts and functional designs to support identified business requirements.
  • Addressing complex functional issues and providing expert functional support to the ERP project team.
  • Designing and executing testing protocols for reports and analytics to fulfill Business Intelligence needs.
  • Engaging in collaborative partnerships with ERP project teams to prepare participants for meeting sessions and provide clarification on Advantage ERP related business functions.
  • Leading, coordinating, and executing functional tasks throughout the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Converting business case analyses and requirements into precise design documents.
  • Creating detailed documentation of user stories, test plans, and test execution results.
  • Organizing and conducting peer review sessions to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Providing expert consultation to ERP project teams regarding the root causes of ERP software issues, and recommending organized and systematic solution implementation methodologies.
  • Offering mentorship, exercising influence, facilitating collaboration, delivering presentations, maintaining communication, developing strategies, performing analyses, and engaging in problem-solving activities.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between the Information Technology department and various business units.
  • Supports the organization's core business processes and applications, and recommends business process re-engineering where appropriate.
  • Offers functional expertise to developers during the design and construction stages of projects.
  • Upholds business systems standards by employing project.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of four (4) to six (6) years of experience in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a particular emphasis on Human Resources, Learning Management and /or Cornerstone Systems.


Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.


Must have:

  • Learning Management tools experience (06+ Years)
