What You'll Do We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modelling, business case development, and scenario analysis. This role requires the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and manage complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes. Create comprehensive business cases to evaluate potential projects and investments. Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of different business strategies and market conditions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, supply chain, marketing, technology and IT, to gather and analyze data. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Develop and maintain working relationships with company consultants to review current models and in development of future financial and operations modelling. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in financial modeling, business case development, and scenario analysis. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and financial modelling software. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
