Position Title: Production Lead

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Production Lead at a company in Franklin, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 2nd shift. Apply now! Production Lead Responsibilities: - Operate equipment and ensure safety of all personnel on assigned shift - Direct hourly workforce on assigned shift - Sustain proper staffing of hourly workers and reporting staffing requirements on the Production Manager for assigned shift - Regulate current input and plating time to obtain desired thickness of plate - Work with formula and specifications from the work order - Use testing and measuring instruments incidental to operations and the parts being plated to assure quality within customers specifications - Complete all the paperwork necessary and incidental to the plating operation - Perform housekeeping of entire plant during the shift - Perform other functions incidental to the plating operation such as cleaning of tanks, repairing racks, minor maintenance of equipment, or other duties as assigned by the Production Manager QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
