Renewable Energy Operations & Maintenance Specialist

What you will do
This role will be focused on supporting various renewable energy sites throughout the United States. This person must be well organized, can learn and understand different contract methodologies, maintain great relationship with clients, plan necessary work while responding to corrective issues with an efficient and creative approach.

How you will do it
* Develop and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules for assigned sites
* Manage vendor roster and vendor clearance
* Understand and learn different PV and Battery Storage uses and plan maintenance activities accordingly
* Monitor and troubleshoot assigned systems
* Generate monthly and annual reports related to assigned sites
* Monitor any demand reduction efforts daily to ensure compliance with contract goals
* Meet with clients on a regular basis to review site operations and production
* Coordinate internally across departments to discuss site operations and changes in programming
* Meet internally to review bid documentation to ensure O&M services are covered
* Plan lifecycle approach to various PV and Battery fields
* Onboard and engage in new projects

What we look for
* Solar Operations/Battery operations would be preferred
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* MS Office, software skills are required
* Data Entry skills
* Customer service experience
* Experience managing a schedule
* Dispatching experience as far as scheduling and sending techs into field would be beneficial
* Capacity to plan and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that operations and maintenance efforts are delivered in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner
* Proactive and professional verbal and written communications skills
* Strong accountability and follow-through -dedicated commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
* Organization and attention to detail
* Team player

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $71,900 - 98,900 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
