This position is responsible to provide customer service, operations support, perform system analysis, and oversee material flow and processes. Special projects may include specific data entry via MS Word, Excel and Power Point specialization in the ability to manipulate data in order to create special charts and spreadsheets for production and management use. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $49,600 - $68,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors, including work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will do in This Role:

  • Provide support to system users at Goods to Person.
  • Participate in a wide varity of projects.
  • Generate tags for out bound and order processes.
  • Responsible for generating manual move orders.
  • Identify, address and resolve material replenishment issues.
  • Identify and research shortage (Short Sheet).
  • Trouble shoot system discrepancies.
  • Escalate system errors to MCS Lead.
  • Perform system comparison audits.
  • Communicate and provide feedback with the IRA team.
  • Assist with proper routing of material.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets.

What We are Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 18 years of age.
  • Able to speak, read, and understand elementary English.
  • Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Organizational skills for record keeping.
  • Able to work minimum 40 hours per week.
  • Basic office skills, computer skills, and data management.
  • Able to function in a warehouse environment.
