We are currently working in a hybrid model requiring 2-3 days in the office per week. Some team members choose to be in the office more than that which is completely acceptable. Our plans are to remain in a hybrid model; we are embracing flexibility -- allowing each team and team member to determine what works best for them to be productive, engaged and balanced. An exception to this could occur if we see surges in COVID cases that might require us to work from home until conditions improve.

Our hours are traditional 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
