- What You'll Do
Lead & Strategize: Define and clearly communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for QA within the organization, collaborating with leadership across engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution. Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead multiple QA leaders and teams to execute both manual and automated testing strategies for web, mobile applications, APIs, and more. Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet stringent standards and exceed customer expectations. Innovation & Automation: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge testing frameworks and automation tools like Playwright and Selenium to improve efficiency, test coverage, and overall quality assurance outcomes. Risk Management: Identify and proactively mitigate quality risks through comprehensive plans and testing strategies that address potential issues before they impact delivery timelines or product quality. Operational Excellence: Oversee the integration of QA processes within Agile methodologies, working closely with DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering teams to enhance test orchestration and accelerate release cycles. Team Development: Mentor and empower a high-performing team of QA engineers and managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous skill development. Support staff through career development initiatives, performance evaluations, and coaching. Stakeholder Communication: Deliver transparent, data-driven insights on QA progress, risks, and results, providing senior leadership with actionable recommendations to enhance product quality.

The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education:
Experience:
12+ years in digital quality assurance, with 7+ years in a leadership role managing large QA teams. Proven success in both automated and manual web and mobile testing in agile environments.
Skills & Certifications:
Expertise in Web Application Automation, programming languages (Java, JavaScript), and test automation tools. Familiarity with AWS, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, and CircleCI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
Additional Responsibilities
Staff Management:
Lead the QA and R&D technical support teams, ensuring clear communication, prioritized tasks, and successful outcomes. Oversee regular performance evaluations and foster an environment of professional growth and development.
Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes, timely resolution of production issues, and smooth deployment of new features.
Quality & Innovation:
Act as an evangelist for quality across the organization, introducing innovative solutions to enhance product reliability, scalability, and end-user satisfaction. Promote the QA discipline within the company and ensure adherence to best practices.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
12+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, including 7+ years in a leadership capacity managing global QA teams. Proven track record of scaling QA functions and driving innovation in a fast-paced, high-volume digital environment. Deep expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies for web and mobile applications, particularly in testing frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, and other modern tools.
Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and test orchestration platforms. Familiarity with the Agile development lifecycle, including JIRA and related tools. Hands-on experience in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP) and APIs. Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS) and advanced testing practices for complex technologies, including Machine Learning and LLM-based applications, is a significant plus. Expertise in quality management systems and the ability to establish and enforce rigorous QA standards across teams and projects.
Leadership & Communication Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Demonstrated experience managing and motivating diverse teams, cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strategic Thinker:
Ability to align QA strategies with broader business objectives, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QA processes. An innovator who keeps up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices in software quality.

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future.
