Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 commensurate with experience 

 

Job Summary 

Responsible for managing and executing the digital marketing initiatives primarily through email campaigns and digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with HubSpot and Google Ads as part of their daily job responsibilities. They will leverage these marketing technologies to design, implement, and refine strategies to engage AASM audiences, boost brand visibility, and deliver measurable results. The role will support the digital marketing needs of the specialty associations managed by the AASM. Collaboration with the full marketing team and cross-functional teams is essential to achieve campaign objectives, improve efficiency, and maximize performance across marketing channels.

 

Responsibilities and Duties 

Email Marketing & CRM Management
Execute and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and enhance customer retention. The primary CRM is HubSpot.

Digital Advertising
Create, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns using Google Ads and display ad opportunities to achieve campaign goals such as increased traffic, lead generation, and ROI.

Customer Experience and Optimization
Identify critical conversion points, drop-off points, and implement strategies to optimize user funnels. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Reporting & Analysis
Manage reporting and visualization for campaigns, allowing for analysis of activity and, where possible, automating delivery of reports.

Travel Requirements
Some travel is required with this position (up to 10%), which may include weekends.

 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • B.A. in marketing or related field  
  • 3+ years in marketing or related role  
  • 3+ years HubSpot experience, Google Analytics & Ads experience   
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels  
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments  
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines  
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints  
  • Strong project management skills  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience on data visualization platforms such as Google Data Studio, PowerBI, or Tableau
