Recruiter (Internal Role) We're hiring passionate, driven individuals who are ready to kick off or grow their career in recruiting. As a Recruiter at Equiliem, you'll play a vital role in identifying top talent and matching them with opportunities that align with our clients' needs. What You'll Do * Engage with Candidates - Conduct phone and video interviews to understand skillsets, career goals, and fit for open roles * Build Relationships - Create strong connections with candidates and employees across a range of industries, earning trust and expanding your professional network * Source Creatively - Use tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and databases (plus your own networking savvy) to find qualified candidates * Negotiate with Confidence - Discuss compensation, confirm availability, and help candidates through every step of the hiring process * Support Hiring Needs - Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and deliver the right talent, fast * Network Like a Pro - Attend job fairs, online events, and other networking opportunities to build a pipeline of talent What We're Looking For * 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer-facing roles * Coachable and eager to learn-we'll train you, but success starts with a willingness to follow the process and stay curious * Excellent communication skills, especially when it comes to follow-up and follow-through * Goal-driven mindset and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment * Confidence and enthusiasm when reaching out to new people-you're not afraid to pick up the phone * Team player with a professional attitude and commitment to doing great work * Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required-we value drive, grit, and a strong work ethic Why Equiliem?
