Job Description:
Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers, and communicate and assist with any corrective action. Develop a record-keeping system to track medication errors and counseling. Education Requirement:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Seven years of experience is required, five of which were in a supervisory role.
