Work model: On-Site

Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Job overview:
  • Lead a team of warehouse associates and leaders as a Senior Warehouse Manager in Midland.
  • Plan strategic business objectives and execute upon plans to achieve business goals.
  • Create and sustain a high-performance environment through strong leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop staffing and schedule strategies to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Facilitate change management and policy guidelines to meet company goals.
  • Organize regular staff meetings to ensure communication is cascaded appropriately.
  • Establish performance metrics that align with customer forecasts and company budgets.
  • Achieve objectives related to safety, quality cost, customer service and associate engagement.
  • Develop an annual operating budget and prepare financial reports.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 4-6 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Knowledge of warehousing, storage, cross-docking and supply chain principles and processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
