Location: Midland, TX, USA Shift: 1st Shift Work model: On-Site Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Job overview: Lead a team of warehouse associates and leaders as a Senior Warehouse Manager in Midland. Plan strategic business objectives and execute upon plans to achieve business goals. Create and sustain a high-performance environment through strong leadership. Responsibilities: Develop staffing and schedule strategies to ensure customer expectations are met. Facilitate change management and policy guidelines to meet company goals. Organize regular staff meetings to ensure communication is cascaded appropriately. Establish performance metrics that align with customer forecasts and company budgets. Achieve objectives related to safety, quality cost, customer service and associate engagement. Develop an annual operating budget and prepare financial reports. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 4-6 years of warehouse or logistics experience. Knowledge of warehousing, storage, cross-docking and supply chain principles and processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership skills.
