Clerical/Support Services

* Assemble informational materials or packets as requested

* Assist with generation of reports, including data gathering via the computer system, printed reports or other available information

* Responsible for processing supportive services including reviewing supportive services forms, contacting client to verify address (if needed), order items and verify receipt

* Enter comments in project specific system(s) for supportive services in accordance with State requirements

* Assist with ordering office supplies

* Maintain inventory supply list and ensure office supplies are fully stocked

* Keep organized records of all orders to be sent to Manager and/or Accounting on a monthly basis

* Distribute, track and reconcile transportation (bus passes & gas cards)

* Distribute, track and reconcile debit cards (internet and cell phone)

* Obtain client signatures

* Responsible for all documents to be uploaded into electronic case file system

* Maintain Shared Drive for the Project

* Perform general office clerk duties

* Other duties as assigned

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

* Excellent internal and external customer service skills, including a positive attitude and good listening skills

* Be able to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needs

* Able to multi-task, work independently, with excellent organizational and time-management skills and have strong attention to detail

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and able to work in many different programs including client database, excel, word and power point

Hourly Rate: $20.00
