Position Summary

Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Budget Analyst (Mid to Senior Level) supporting the Theater Army Campaign Support (TACS) program. This is a full-time position supporting United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC), specifically their G37 Exercises Division. This is an exciting, full-time opportunity, located in Fort Shafter, HI. The applicant will be required to work at the designated customer site(s). This role will require a combination of independent creative solution development skills and teamwork within a broader spectrum of interdisciplinary team members. What You'll Do: Your day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:



  • Budget Preparation: Collaborating with various departments to prepare budget proposals and ensure they align with organizational goals.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost savings.
  • Monitoring Expenditures: Tracking actual spending against the budget to ensure compliance and identify any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Preparing detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting financial performance and budgetary issues.
  • Forecasting: Projecting future financial performance based on historical data and current trends.
  • Policy Development: Assisting in the development of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience with Army or Joint funding in a budget analyst role
  • 3+ years of experience performing detailed budget analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power BI
  • Experience assisting in the creation of organizational spend plans
  • Ability to articulate and display financial information to dozens of stakeholders
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Office 365
  • US citizen
  • Active Secret clearance


Desired Qualifications:



  • Experience with budget reporting through the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
  • Experience managing Army and Joint funds at Echelons Above Brigade
  • Experience with Army or Joint exercises in the INDOPACOM Area of Operations
  • Working knowledge of Fiscal Law principles
  • Experience creating Program Objective Memorandums (POMs)
  • Department of Defense Financial Management Certification Program (DoDFMCP) Certification
