Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic HR & Office Admin Executive to handle a broad range of HR operational tasks while supporting basic financial bookkeeping and reporting. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who would like to develop versatile skills and enjoys both HR & Office administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

HR

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, onboarding).

- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal data) and ensure HRIS/database accuracy.

- Assist in payroll processing, claims, and benefits administration.

- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.

- Handle basic employee queries and HR-related documentation (e.g., letters, contracts).

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Office Administration

- Oversee general office operations (supplies, facilities, vendor coordination).

- Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.

- Maintain office filing systems (digital and physical).

Financial & Reporting Support

- Assist with basic bookkeeping, petty cash management, and expense tracking.

- Prepare simple financial reports and reconciliations.

- Support month-end closing and audit processes as needed.

Person Specification

Education/ Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree

* Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.experience

* 3+ years HR & Admin experience

* A good understanding of MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)

* Practical experience of using HR and administrative systems

* Numerate and literate

* Excellent communication skills

Skills & Knowledge

* Excellent English skill for both spoken and written.

* Comfortable with data, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and generating reports.

* Process and procedural oriented.

* Able to communicate cross the organization to establish friendly working culture

* Quick learner, adaptable to new systems (HRIS, accounting software).

* Experience of working in an international environment.

* Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong communication skills.

* Organised, with solid administrative/reporting skills

* Can deal with emergencies with rational solution in a stable emotion.

* Basic understanding of bookkeeping is a plus.
