JOB SUMMARY Responsible for management of the Operations and Maintenance staff at site. This position insures a safe work environment, compliance with all governing regulations and optimum performance of the equipment and the people. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multiple "event" projects ranging from $100k - $5M in revenue with durations ranging from 2 weeks to 12 months; Customers include municipal wastewater plants, water plants, and industrial food processors
- Lead teams of operators to perform safely and meet project deliverables; Use KPIs and daily cost management to drive performance
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on projects and that daily, monthly, and quarterly safety trainings are completed
- Manage and track daily cost and performance; Interpret data and operator feedback to make changes as necessary to ensure profitability
- Understand and adhere to customer contracts, maintaining safety and environmental compliance, communication protocols, and other terms and conditions as defined
- Frequent independent decision-making to achieve safety, compliance, and operational budgetary goals.
- Directly manage sub-contract relationships and services.
- Interface with other business partners/ functions in evaluation and preparation of bids, estimates, and other plans for new business.
- Coordinate all maintenance / equipment activities.
- Ability to work in a remote environment and travel > 75% of the time.

- Operations experience in industrial setting; familiarity with hydraulics, electrical motors, combustion engines, rotating equipment, and various types of pumps;

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, process work rapidly, set priorities, work under pressure and follow through with assigned tasks.

- Ability to assist Health and Safety Manager with development and administration of training programs for staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
- Must be able to complete I-9 verification on first day of employment
- Valid US driver's license
- Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to Alabama, Georgia or Mississippi
