One of our highly successful clients is adding a Market Analyst to their team. This person will need strong analytical, research and writing skills and have the ability to professionally present findings to leadership teams.
Duties include:
- Study economic factors, trends, and patterns in the commercial real estate market, including sales figures, occupancy rates, and customer preferences.
- Use financial models and data to assess the financial viability of properties and projects, including calculating potential cash flow and return on investment.
- Apply various methods to determine the current and future value of properties, considering factors like location, condition, and market conditions.
- Provide guidance and recommendations based on your research and analysis, helping owners make informed decisions about buying, selling, or leasing properties.
- Prepare research driven reports, presentations and executive summaries that summarize their findings, including market analysis, property valuations, and investment recommendations.
- Conduct due diligence on properties and projects, including reviewing financial statements, leases, and other relevant documents.
- Examining cities and submarkets, including workforce trends, tax environments and infrastructure.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, real estate or other related field, 2+ years experience in commercial real estate, market research or investment support strongly preferred.
