Overview
Responsible for assisting the craft recruiting team in managing the hiring onboarding process. Recruiting Coordinator aids the recruiting team on basic administrative tasks related to the recruitment and onboarding process, to ensure a positive and efficient experience for current and prospective candidates. Responsible for timely communication with project teams regarding new hires to help support a successful first day experience. Utilizes software, websites, and personal networks as sourcing tools to assist with prospecting of exempt and non-exempt employees. Responsibilities
