YOUR IMPACT
As a LegalTech Solutions Consultant at OpenText, you will play a key role in supporting our North American Legal Tech sales team throughout the sales cycle. You'll act as a trusted technical advisor, providing deep subject matter expertise and building compelling, value-driven proposals to help our clients succeed with OpenText's industry-leading Legal Tech solutions.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Partnering with Sales to provide technical support in pre-sales and post-sales activities across North America
  • Developing technical strategies and sales tactics that align with customer needs and OpenText solutions
  • Conducting discovery sessions to technically qualify opportunities
  • Mapping business challenges to technical solutions and designing a clear roadmap to client success
  • Delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations on OpenText Legal Tech solutions
  • Responding to RFPs/RFIs with precise technical detail and value articulation
  • Leading Proofs of Concept to validate solutions and meet client requirements
  • Supporting Account Executives in identifying and addressing technical sales challenges
  • Assisting with customer onboarding, product installation, and configuration
  • Driving client satisfaction and generating referenceable accounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Identifying additional opportunities for Professional Services and software sales

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 2+ years within legal industry
  • 1-3 year customer facing or presales within tech
  • Strong customer-facing, with the ability to communicate technical content to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, xDB); SQL and NoSQL
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of contemporary AI tools, applications, theories, and principles is essential to ensure we leverage the most effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with OpenText LegalTech products is a strong plus
  • Currently live in the northeast region of US. Able to travel as needed.
