CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Talent Review & Succession Planning Programs



  • Support company-wide talent review and succession planning programs through reporting and analytics, system management, talent profile enhancements, talent pool management, hit rate analysis, material preparation, and identified follow up activities.
  • Use data from our HR and reporting systems to identify trends and opportunity areas.


Career Development



  • Manage company-wide Career Development data collection projects including enterprise Honors & Awards, and Development Plan tracking for key talent.
  • Use data from our HR systems to identify trends and opportunity areas for enterprise Career Development programs, system enhancements, and resources. Provide Career Development metrics and data, as requested.
  • Assist with culture and competency work and functional career pathing efforts, including job title identification, historical career movement analyses, focus group facilitation, job profile content development, etc.


Communications & Resources



  • Assist in creation and maintenance of all talent and performance management resources ensuring employees, managers and HRBPs have necessary information.
  • Partner with COE contacts to maintain internal Kaleidoscope MyCareer and HRBP Resource pages including user access, issue resolution, site and page design, content maintenance, and site improvements to enhance the user experience.
  • Lead trainings and facilitate sessions using Enterprise Talent Management content as needed (e.g., Career Development sessions, Ask The Expert Sessions, etc.).
  • Manage Enterprise Talent Management resource and communication translations and budget.
  • Support maintenance of Enterprise Learning & Talent Microsoft Teams site and channels, including file sharing and access for stakeholders.


Project Support



  • Provide project management support and serve as a representative and/or lead on assigned project teams as needed.
  • Support research efforts to benchmark with external and internal stakeholders on talent management trends and best practices.

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:



  • Bachelor's Degree.


Preferred:



  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Marketing Design/Communications, or Business Management.
  • Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Marketing Design/Communications, Business Management, or Related Field.


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:



  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in HR, Communications or similar field.


Preferred:



  • Experience with onboarding, career development, performance management, talent review and/or succession planning processes/program.
  • Experience with creating project plans, leading, and completing small- and large-scale projects on time with high quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience participating as a team member on global projects.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience with using large amounts of data to analyze and summarize trends.
  • Experience leading meetings and giving presentations to large and small audiences through multiple channels (i.e. email, virtual, in person presentations).
  • Experience building relationships with internal customers.
  • Experience with instructional design.
  • Experience with Marketing design/communications.
  • Experience with design, build, and maintenance of Teams Channels / SharePoint sites.


TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:



  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability work under minimal supervision.
  • Organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical standards.
  • Ability to carry out specific instructions and general directions using proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to exercise poise, tactfulness, diplomacy and good interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Ability to understand how independent processes interact when assessing the impact of decisions (i.e. systems thinking).
  • Must be knowledgeable in computer systems (MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must enjoy challenging and thought-provoking work and have a strong desire to learn.
  • Previous experience working with HR cloud-based system, HR Reporting or an equivalent HR/Talent System.
  • Ability to occasionally work outside of standard hours for Global support.
