Overview

Join our dynamic team as the Regional Campus Admissions Director (RCAD), where you will lead multiple admission representative teams across diverse locations, driving service excellence and empowering students from enrollment to graduation. Collaborate with various departments to achieve outstanding business outcomes and report directly to the Regional VP of Campus Admissions, with a strong matrix accountability to Campus Presidents within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily coaching, motivational leadership, and foster professional growth for your team.
  • Forecast and achieve sales goals for Campus Representatives.
  • Manages staffing levels by:
    • Preparing staffing projections in the budgeting process.
    • Partnering in the interview and selection process.
    • Proactively recruit to build a bench.
    Manage staffing levels by preparing projections, participating in the selection process, and proactive recruitment.
  • Communicate UTI's strategic vision to Campus locations for alignment and results.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with Directors/Managers for common goals.
  • Manage policies and processes in line with company goals.
  • Recognizes and rewards employee contributions and achievements.


Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales/management required
  • 3-5 years of management experience required, 5-8 years preferred
  • 3-5 years of sales experience required, 5-8 years preferred
