**This is a temporary position starting on June 2nd - August 1, 2025, Mon- Fri 5PM - 8PM, rate of pay is: $18/hr** The Salvation Army Mission: The Salvation Army is an international movement that is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. Summary/Primary Purpose: Responsible for providing mobile feeding for The Salvation Army's Family Food truck of Hope Program and ensuring program compliance with SFSP and Safe Serve rules and regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: None Education and/or Experience: High School Graduate or GED Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
Other Qualifications: Must pass all applicable background checks. Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business. Must successfully complete Safe from Harm training within 90 days of hire, as established by The Salvation Army. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in standing and moving position 90% of time. Heavy work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs. Working Conditions: The worker is subject to hazards including close proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to heat and cold or exposure to chemicals.
