Description
Summary: The Human Resources Generalist performs the day-to-day tasks of the Human Resource department and manages the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, data integrity, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, and employment. Education and/or Experience:
* Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. * Experience working with a union and administering workers comp is a plus Licenses, Certifications: * A Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or a Senior PHR certification is preferred. * A valid state driver's license will be required when driving company vehicles for assignments. |
