Responsibilities NV5 is seeking a full-time dependable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Charlotte, NC office. This full-time role supports all departments by performing a wide range of administrative tasks that help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
