As Senior Accountant, you won't just report on the business-you'll shape it. Key Responsibilities: Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close processes. Develop and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial variances to aid executive decision-making. Examine and ensure accuracy of financial records in compliance with GAAP and internal policies. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency. Serve as a mentor to junior accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accounting practices align with production and business operations. Perform additional accounting tasks and special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred but not required. Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience; manufacturing or construction industry experience strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and compliance.
