ADB is seeking a Recruiter to perform full cycle, high volume recruiting for various operational groups and lines of business across the company. The ADB People Department supports over 1,200 team members Nationwide ensuring best-in-class employee and candidate experience at all times. This position will support a diverse group of team members within a construction environment that includes blue collar, professional services, and leadership teams ensuring a strong level of customer experience, integrity, and support is provided. The ideal candidate will be driven, customer centric, possess a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, be deadline and goal driven with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing internal and external candidates for various operational groups across the company
- Performs full cycle, high volume recruiting with the ability to recruit for niche/specialized roles and manage up to 20 requisitions at any given time
- Ability to recruit for positions at all levels of an organization and with a variety of skillsets, ensuring quality candidates are presented timely to hiring managers for evaluation
- Manages candidate data within the system to accurately report on progress and ensure metrics and KPI's are consistently met
- Ensures the candidate experience meets ADB standards, follows through on communication expectations with candidates throughout the entire interview and hiring process
- Ability to fully understand operational and hiring needs to forecast and build pipelines to meet future needs
- Master relationship builder and negotiator with ability to effectively navigate employment offers and discussions, and manage expectations on both sides of the hiring process
- Ability to present in an effective and engaging way to a variety of audiences
- Supports and contributes to culture initiatives driven by the People department by participating in culture events and encouraging participation across the company.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
- This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment
- This position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 2+ years of full cycle Recruiting experience required
- Previous experience within a construction environment strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
The starting pay for this position is $75,000.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
