Capable of demonstrated experiences in making high-impact decisions affecting revenue, client retention, and operational efficiency. Errors could directly affect financial outcomes, so sound judgment is critical for achieving business objectives and financial targets. Able to lead a team and drive the direction of the Relationship Management function. They are accountable for operations, resource allocation, and aligning teams with revenue goals. This requires independent decision-making, collaboration, and the ability to influence others
As the SVP of Relationship Management, you will lead the company's efforts to drive revenue growth, enhance client retention, and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role is responsible for driving and executing on strategies to grow the client portfolio, optimize revenue streams, and manage high-value relationships. Success is measured by revenue generation, client loyalty, and operational performance. A Day in the Life Deliver on Relationship Management Strategy
Working closely with the CCO, Commercial Leasing and other critical stakeholders to deliver on short and long-term strategies for building client relationships and generating new business, revenue and VUM (vehicles under management) growth Set vision and direction for implementing strategies to deliver best-in-class customer experiences Create relationship-specific value propositions and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Deliver on Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with our key and promising clients Resolve high-level disputes and negotiate contract renewals and expansions Ensure products and services consistently meet client needs
Revenue Growth
Grow the portfolio with a combination of VUM addition, increased service penetration and value-based pricing Drive overall growth for the organization and own the overall P&L for Relationship Management, set and own performance targets and budget for the group Create yearly forecasts and ensure team objectives align with key KPIs Consistently analyze account performance data and report to EXCO on account health and growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence
Works in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as CCO, Leasing, Technology and others to ensure account management activities are aligned with our broader organizational goals and purpose Work with cross-functional teams and leaders to define and prioritize new initiatives, deliver to enable our growth and transformation strategy Lead and or drive process improvement / operational excellence opportunities that touches the Relationship Management function

Requirements
Must have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). 15+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Sales, or relevant fields Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and influencing senior executives. Strong experience in leading revenue-generating teams and developing high-impact sales strategies. Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
The hiring base salary range for this position is $240-280K annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
