Job Title: Quality Manager Drive Excellence. Lead Change. Shape Quality. Are you a quality-driven leader who thrives on continuous improvement and collaboration? We're looking for a Quality Manager to oversee all plant-level Quality Assurance functions. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure every product meets or exceeds expectations. From APQP to audits, from ISO to innovation-you'll be the catalyst behind a culture of quality. What You'll Do: Quality Leadership & Strategy Establish and maintain standards for product quality, reliability, and safety. Develop and enforce quality and safety procedures based on industry regulations and customer needs. Drive companywide quality improvement initiatives that foster operational excellence. Act as the primary liaison with external parties on quality-related matters. Systems & Compliance Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with AS9100/ISO 9001. Ensure internal processes and outputs meet regulatory, legal, and customer requirements. Oversee preparation, review, and submission of APQP documentation including Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAPs. Team Development & Oversight Manage the Quality Control team and lab operations to uphold inspection and calibration accuracy. Mentor and develop team members with clear performance tracking and career growth paths. Direct the AS/ISO Administrator and ensure system audits and certifications are current and effective. Customer Engagement & Support Respond to and resolve customer corrective action requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams-sales, engineering, manufacturing-to align quality goals with business strategy. Participate in production meetings to address quality metrics, issues, and continuous improvement plans. Process Improvement Oversee corrective and preventive action programs and lead root cause investigations. Utilize statistical methods (SPC, capability studies, Gage R&R, etc.) to monitor and improve product quality. Identify and implement new methodologies to optimize quality control processes. What You Bring: Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline OR a technical degree with 5+ years of quality and management experience. 4-5 years of senior-level experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Management. Proven success leading QMS initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment (automotive, aerospace, etc.). Quality experience with training/classes CQE, Black Belt, Green Belt, Systems IATF or ISO. Technical Expertise In-depth knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and Root Cause Analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Minitab. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools. Leadership Skills Strong communicator with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization. Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and managing change. Analytical thinker with the ability to resolve complex quality issues. Why Join Us?
