Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate directly with the Operations team to orchestrate production builds and meet customer delivery commitments. Coordinate and drive efforts to resolve issues blocking production and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Overseeing and optimizing all aspects of production control across multiple complex systems by leveraging the ERP system to drive efficiency and accuracy in critical tasks. Includes updating work orders, processing inventory transactions, procuring materials, coordinating third-party operations, and other production support activities
  • Provide real-time updates on production schedules and issues to operations staff, ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept informed on internal and external processes.
  • Monitor and improve process quality. Create and maintain data bases to report and analyze quality metrics of system builds.
  • Serve as a backup to the logistics team by assisting with shipping and receiving operations, verifying that incoming and outgoing shipments meet quality standards. Also including additional inventory related tasks.



Education, Experience, and Skills Required:


  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or systems coordination role, with a strong understanding of ERP systems. Preferability experience with dealing with complex system coordination.
  • Proficient in the use of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to track and organize large amounts of data.
  • Experience supporting logistics operations, including shipping/receiving and inventory management.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances, particularly in manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.



The pay range for this role in Boulder, CO is between $60,600 and $79,590. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
