A fast-paced manufacturing facility known for its high-quality food production is hiring a Yard Truck Driver in the Concord, MA area. This is a hands-on role that keeps the flow of operations moving-and you won't need a CDL to do it!

Hours & Pay

Shift: 2nd Shift

Schedule: Full-time, hours discussed at interview

Pay: $25.00/hour + shift differential

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities



  • Operate a yard truck to transfer trailers for daily loading and staging
  • Back up warehouse loaders and operate forklifts as needed
  • Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and recycling teams for trailer assignments
  • Identify and match trailer inventory with carrier ownership
  • Adhere to all company safety and food quality policies and procedures
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and follow all yard and forklift safety protocols
  • Accurately complete and submit required documentation
