What You'll Do:

• Prepare new loan applications for processing/underwriting
• Handle clerical and technical tasks
• Communicate with customers, brokers, loan officers, and internal teams
• Gather documents like VOEs, transcripts, appraisals, and title searches
• Flag any issues with loan guidelines
• Monitor incoming loan conditions and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support internal controls and promote a diverse, client-focused environment
• Perform additional related duties

Job Details:

• Pay: $20.00/hr
• Schedule: 40 hrs/week
• Type: Temporary (12 months)

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of clerical, customer service, operations, or financial services industry experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating computers with word processing, spreadsheet, and email software programs.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Product, Investor, and Compliance requirements.

• Associates Degree.
• Ability to assess documentation provided to mark received in the loan system.
