And the best workplace leads to the best products and services. The IDEAS team is seeking a Senior Product Designer who can inspire, define, articulate, and deliver exceptional solutions. You will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of your stakeholders needs and desires, then using these insights to create an experience design strategy and final deliverables. You must be able to communicate your ideas using a variety of methods, from storytelling to sketches to fully rendered designs. You will work closely with Product Management and Engineers, as well as other design teams, Copilot teams, and app partners, to meticulously bring ideas to life. ResponsibilitiesDesign Excellence: Understand the behaviors, motivations, and needs of our customers to develop and deliver relevant and impactful experiences. In-depth understanding of Design Systems and how to deliver impactful experiences within those constraints. Cross-Functional Collaboration:You will interact with research, product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders to define, iterate, and implement new and existing product features, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and user requirements. You will work with user researchers to coordinate testing efforts, interpret test results, and incorporate results into design efforts. Participate in and contribute to foundational research. Compelling Communication & Storytelling:Present design concepts and decisions tocross functional partnersand stakeholders, articulating design rationale clearly and effectively. Mentorship: Foster a culture of creativity and innovationthrough mentorship and collaboration with other designers. | |
