Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Sub-assembly and communication racks inspector
• Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications to inspect visually in-process and completed Subassemblies and Communications Racks.
• Uses various measuring devices. Accepts, rejects, or reworks defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
• Works from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions, and checklists.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
• Communicates effectively with assemblers, engineers, and management when resolving quality issues.
• Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with assemblers, test technicians, engineers, customers, and management when resolving quality issues.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00/ hr

Hours: 4/10-1st Shift

Length: Temporary (12 months)

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Cables.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operating Computers and newer applications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with the manufacturing process of Cables Inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with soldered and crimp inspection on cables using IPC-A-620 standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Willingness and ability to perform assembly tasks related to assigned inspection areas if needed.
• Able to identify non-conformances IAW IPC-A-620, & specific other requirements
• Detail-oriented
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer knowledge (email, accessing files, and SharePoint)

• Wire harness Print Reading
• Able to read/write English
