Title: MLR Project Manager Duration: 12 months + Location: Alameda , CA 94502 Responsibilities: Collaborate with the GSM operations team, global marketing managers, and MLR review teams. Coordinate and traffic marketing materials daily alongside the Operations Specialist. Prioritize and track, escalate when needed, global marketing material from the global marketing team through the MLR lifecycle. Ensure timely and accurate communication of task status. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. Occasionally interact with senior leadership. Qualifications: Up to 5 years' experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent years of experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to prioritize and track projects and marketing materials. Detail-oriented with previous coordination experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with medical, legal, regulatory, and quality teams. Background in highly regulated industries. Familiarity with developing and/or adhering to taxonomy and metadata.
