Office Services Associate

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:



  • Ensure timely sorting, processing, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support the customer service window operations and assist with inquiries.
  • Maintain inventory of mailroom supplies and equipment
  • Delivery packages and mail in a timely matter
  • Coordinate with other departments for interoffice mail needs
  • Ensure compliance with postal regulations and organizational policies
  • Back up support for Team lead for facilities support.
  • Handle pantry areas (Supplies, clean up)


Requirements:



  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50l bs.
  • 1 to 2 year experience with customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
