- Act as a point of contact for third parties such as property managers, office suppliers, and accounts payable.
- Monitor Worker Readiness/Utilize MyIT, Order Lifetime email, Windows account, Admin rights, Badge access, laptop, and cell phone, and image the laptop for Day 1.
- Perform Day 1 onboarding-welcome new hire, review the Onboarding guide, and review policies and guides for the Zone/Area.
- Completes ADP I-9 verification (needs to be completed within the first 3 days of hire).
- Performs IT offboarding, including IT transactions, asset reassignment (phone, laptop), Vehicle transfers, removal of building access, removal from phone list, and Org Chart.
- Enter new hire in SAP (must be completed the first week of hire/chargeable employees). Submit SAP license/roles.
- Act as Area Safety Program Lead, Drive safety, and send safety reminders to management /employees.
- Maintain a clean and organized steady stock of PPE for any new hires, replacement for audits, and the Safety Day event, and manage the Uniform Program.
- Assist with Safety questionnaires/vendor prequalifications.
- Each week, take an inventory of office supplies and the kitchen and order items as needed to keep the office well stocked.
- Set up vendors/work with vendors to have invoices appropriately submitted.
- Follow up on invoices to ensure they have been paid.
- Schedule and support Internal Meetings.
- Coordinate catering.
- Schedule training rooms, greet students, order catering, track delivery and pick-up of training equipment, and act as liaison with instructors and sales.
- Supports sales to identify and schedule customer training in contracts and respond to sales requests.
- Manage incoming customer calls (upcoming Auto Attendant - Answer Operator calls in Teams).
- Answer inquiries, direct calls to the appropriate departments, and ensure smooth communication.
- Coordinate branch events such as holiday parties, spirit week, and employee recognition events.
- Request Certificates of Insurance.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration.
