Histotechnologist 1 (Night Shift)

Join our team as a Histotechnologist 1! Your primary duties will include:

* Process, embed, section, and stain tissue specimens with H&E and special stains according to established protocols.

* Maintain quality control and other logs as necessary to uphold high standards of laboratory practice.

* Interact with faculty, residents, and grossing personnel to address any issues or concerns regarding test orders.

* Maintain a clean and properly maintained work area to promote a safe and efficient laboratory environment.

Salary Range: Salary Range: $52.83 - $63.14/hour

* Must possess Histotechnician HT (ASCP) or Histotechnologist HTL (ASCP) certification.

* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g. HiSET or GED).

* Have flexibility to work overtime and holidays as needed.
