General Summary of Position
Provides a variety of support services to the director of Partnerships related to MedStar Health's sports and entertainment partnerships.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports the Director with partnership activations while ensuring all contractual assets are delivered to include stadium/facility signage, digital asset development, print, video content, supporting promotional activity, on-site activation, etc.
  • Ensures proper and approved use of team and MedStar Health marks and entitlements in all executions.
  • Partners with program leaders to ensure alignment of sports medicine business unit goals and priorities.
  • Supports corporate hospitality initiatives.
  • Works collaboratively with other marketing departments (PR, digital/social, service-line marketers) to activate MedStar Health sports partnerships.
  • Supports MSE's Health Awareness Campaigns and NFL Crucial Catch activations
  • Works collaboratively with outside vendors to evaluate broadcast and social performance of assets


  • Minimum Qualifications
    Education

    • Bachelor's degree Current undergraduate student earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sports Marketing preferred

    Experience

    • 1-2 years Experience or equivalent coursework in marketing and communications, media relations, writing/editing. required


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong writing and editing skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
    • Must be comfortable working remotely and independently

    This position has a hiring range of $17.5 - $28.73
