Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance

The Lead, Registrar Services Representative position works behind the scenes to complete transcript evaluations, graduation audits, records review, student registration, and various stretch assignments in support of the Registrar Services department and institutional partners. These functions are performed with minimal supervision and with a deep level of subject matter expertise. Additionally, this position supports the daily oversight of tasks and responsibilities in the Registrar Services department.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and assigns daily game plan to an assigned Registrar Services team.
  • Manages a daily case load of a minimum productivity expectation of 50%.
  • Reports on Registrar Services productivity and analyzes data to seek performance trends and improvements
  • Reports on Registrar Services service levels and seeks to continually improve service to institutional partners.
  • Provides mentoring and coaching to Registrar Services Representatives based on colleague productivity and performance.
  • Continually seeks to identify procedural improvements and supports the implementation of identified opportunities.
  • Develops and delivers, with the support of Senior Registrar Services Representatives, departmental training with a high level of subject matter expertise
  • Serves as a point-of-contact to institutional partners and supports the resolution of escalated matters.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required and strong customer service experience, preferably in an academic or professional setting.
  • 1 years' experience mentoring, coaching, and delivering feedback
  • Subject matter expert on institutional policies and procedures
  • Communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with institutional partners
  • Ability to work effectively autonomously and independently while still engaging a high-performing team and collaborating with leadership
  • Proven ability to set deadlines and ensure goals are completed
  • Strong presentation skills and prior experience speaking in front of leadership
  • Flexible and adaptable.
Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $70,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
