Data Analyst

Job Purpose

The ICE Model Risk Management (MRM) team is seeking a data analyst to assist the team with high quality data analysis and reporting, enhancing the team's enterprise-grade analytics platform using Tableau Server and Tableau Prep as well as other data analytics and visualization tools as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of standardized and interactive Tableau dashboards and reports in a production environment, including intake, requirements gathering, wireframing, and build-out
• Create intuitive, easy-to-understand visualizations and summary views of data, for live dashboards as well as any static reporting
• Efficiently query production databases including SQL, Snowflake
• Provide support for ad-hoc and recurring analytics requests
• Ensure data accuracy and proactively resolve issues

Knowledge and Experience

• Strong applied skills in Tableau and Tableau Prep, with at least 2 years of proven experience in developing, managing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and analytics solutions in a production environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics or equivalent academic discipline
• 2+ years of applied experience in SQL, R, and/or Python
