The School of Medicine and the Department of Neurology at the University of Missouri are seeking a Nurse Practitioner - Specialty Care. These positions provide vital clinical support for the MU Department of Neurology & Sleep Disorders Clinic.

Outpatient opportunity
* Enjoy a predictable 8-5 schedule
* No weekends or call
* Currently 3 other NP/PA's work in an outpatient capacity
* Incentive compensation plan

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide independent and collaborative care for neurological patients in an outpatient setting
* Communicate with physicians regarding clinical changes, diagnostic results, and symptomatology
* Respond quickly and accurately to patient condition changes
* Perform treatments and interventions, educate patients and families, and facilitate clinical research
* Utilize basic computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and adapt to varied work settings

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing degree.

Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days.

Must be granted a "Document of Recognition" from the Missouri Board of Nursing.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $90,251.20 - $147,284.80 annually
Grade: PAT - 012
University Title: Nurse Practitioner Specialty Care
